I started ITAB after living the exact problem it solves. As Assistant Director at Mario Minardi, one of Indonesia's established premium footwear companies, I helped build their ERP system from the ground up: translating between the business and the developers, designing the flows and SOPs, testing, and training the staff who would use it every day. I saw firsthand that a system succeeds or fails not on its technology, but on how well it fits the way people actually work.
Working across every department, I kept seeing the same pattern in the businesses around me. They needed better systems but were stuck between three walls: software too complex to understand, too expensive to buy, and never quite built for how their business actually ran. ITAB is my answer to all three.
I hold a Master's in Business from UCL in London, and I work comfortably on both sides of the table, the business logic and the build itself, with Next.js, React, and modern tooling. That combination, deep business understanding paired with hands-on technical delivery, is the bridge I founded ITAB to be.
