Any custom systems, software, or consulting work ITAB provides is governed by a separate written agreement specific to that engagement. The information on this website is general in nature and does not by itself create a contract or a binding offer of services.

The content, design, and branding on this website are owned by ITAB unless stated otherwise. Deliverables created for a client are owned as set out in that client's engagement agreement — our intent is that clients genuinely own the systems we build for them.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ITAB is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date below reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
