Mario Minardi is a fashion-retail operation — stores and a warehouse — that needed to run stock, sales, procurement and its team on one system instead of scattered tools, with every garment tracked as an individual unit from receiving to sale.

Fashion retail at garment-level detail is unforgiving: each unit has to stay traceable across the stores and the warehouse, while the back office, the shop floor and the team all need the same live truth at the same time.

We built one system on a single Postgres schema: a back-office ERP for stock, procurement and reporting; an in-store POS wired straight into it; a mobile HRM app for the team; and a built-in AI agent that answers questions in plain language. Four apps, one source of truth — roughly 421 tables and 489k lines of code, tracking every garment as its own unit.
