The challenge
Mario Minardi runs a genuinely multi-channel business — retail stores, department-store counters, B2B, bespoke tailoring and e-commerce. Stock, sales and finance each lived in a different tool, so no channel ever agreed with another and no one had a single, trustworthy picture of the business.
[ 02 ]
The approach
We built one system on a single Postgres schema, pushing the approval, allocation and reporting logic into the database so every app enforces the same rules. Three apps — the back-office ERP, an in-store POS, and a mobile HRM app — share that schema, each with its own auth. Marketplace stock syncs through a self-healing event queue instead of a nightly job, so pools never drift.

The outcome
Mario Minardi now runs POS, inventory, procurement, B2B, e-commerce, bespoke, CRM, HRM and finance from one connected system. Every unit is traceable end to end, channels reconcile automatically, and a built-in AI agent surfaces answers across the whole operation — from the web app or over Telegram.

Inside the system

01 · [ Per-unit stock matrix ]
Every article tracked by size, colour and individual unit across warehouses — from receiving to sale, with live retail pricing.

02 · [ In-store POS ]
The touch terminal each store runs — walk-in sales, inbound transfers, reserved stock and aged-stock prompts, all tied to the same live inventory.
